Facilitated by Renée Peterson Trudeau
Renée Peterson Trudeau is an internationally-recognized life balance coach/speaker and author. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, national conferences, and leadership teams. Trudeau has been facilitating transformational events for more than 25 years. She’s on faculty at the prestigious Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Esalen Institute, 1440 Multiversity, the Art of Living Retreat Center and Omega Institute.
A sought-after media expert, Trudeau’s work has been featured in The New York Times, US News and World Report, Yoga Journal, Good Housekeeping, Spirituality & Health and she is a monthly well-being columnist for The Laurel of Asheville and The Transylvania Times. She is the author of two best-selling books on resiliency including The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-Balance Your Life.
She and her team have certified 450 women leaders in more than 10 countries to lead self-renewal groups based on her award-winning self-care curriculum. Originally from Austin, TX and new empty nesters, Renee and her husband live full-time in Brevard, NC. Their son Jonah, is a senior in college. Renee’s latest project is Wild Souls Nature Adventures.
