Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging
Amber Rucker
With close to 10 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Amber has seen the challenges faced by C-Suite executives to implement strategy around inclusion and diversity. As someone who was previously impacted by the lack of strategy, Amber’s present work is centered around building effective strategy while providing consultation and support to C-Suite executives. Through consultation and support, she helps executives and leaders create dialogue amongst one another to make sustainable change that will remove barriers to equity, inclusion and belonging. To front line staff, Amber serves as a bridge between the impact of these decisions and an advocate to their sense of belonging.
